Under the visionary leadership of Marvin Jno-Baptiste, Jerry Williams, Dunstan “Maggie” Peters and Lesly Bengaber, KSI is committed to fostering young talent from U11 to U21, both male and female, through a framework of regional and international cooperation. Founder & CEO
Marvin, leveraging his extensive experience as a consultant in sustainable development in the Francophonie of the Americas, is leading a unique project at Kréyol Sports International. His vision transcends geographical boundaries, with the goal of uniting Creole-speaking nations through the shared passion for sports.
Co-Founder, Vice President & Head of Administration and Development
Jerry's responsibilities extend beyond typical administrative tasks. He is the catalyst for KSI's continuous expansion, spearheading customer-led initiatives not only in Dominica but also throughout the Caribbean and on an international level. His unambiguous vision and precise goals have established him as an invaluable member of the team.

Over the past ten years, Dunstan "Maggie" Peters has become a key figure in the expansion and progression of sports in Dominica. As a passionate social activist, Peters has devoted his life to youth service and fostering their abilities through sports.

Following a successful professional tenure, Lesly now actively participates in various development camps aimed at budding volleyball enthusiasts, both on a regional and international level. He has been providing individual training to professional and international players as well as to those in training centers over the years.
