Kréyol Sports International (KSI) is a pioneering sports development agency founded in 2024 with the vision of elevating soccer across Creole nations in the Caribbean and beyond.

Under the astute leadership of Marvin Jno-Baptiste, Jerry Williams, Dunstan Peters and Kendrick "Soulka" Emmanuel, the agency is dedicated to fostering young talent, both male and female, from the U11 to U21 age categories. KSI's operations span across Guadeloupe, Dominica, and Martinique, animated by a robust network of soccer stakeholders within the Caribbean community.These include administrators, coaches, managers, leagues, clubs, training centers, educational institutions, former professionals, players, parents, and local governments, all working together to create a vibrant ecosystem grounded in productive partnerships.

Marvin, renowned for his broad experience as a consultant in sustainable development within the Francophone Americas, is now leading an exclusive project at Kréyol Sports International. His vision transcends geographical limitations, striving to bind Creole-speaking countries through the universal passion for Sports.

Jerry "Energy" Williams

Founder, Executive Vice President & Manager of Administration and Development

Jerry's responsibilities extend far beyond mere administrative tasks. He is the key driver behind KSI's consistent expansion, spearheading customer-focused projects not just in Dominica, but throughout the entire Caribbean and on an international scale. His focused vision and precise objectives have established him as an essential member of our team.

Dunstan "Maggie" Peters

Founder, Vice President & Soccer Program Director

For the past ten years, Dunstan "Maggie" Peters has been a prominent figure in the progress and advancement of basketball and soccer in Dominica. As a social activist, Peters devoted his life to the service of the young generation, fostering their skills through soccer and basketball.

Kendrick "Soulka" Emmanuel

Football Technical Director

Former professional footballer, Kendrick, also known as "Soulka", returned to his native Dominica decades ago to one day be able to establish a valuable grassroots football program. Today, he is thrilled to join DA Next Level and Kréyol Sports International's youth football development initiatives, and to be part of its regional and international network as the football technical director.
